It’s was just amazing loved the bath

The restaurant but that’s not their fault, the guy wouldn’t open.

Unfortunately I have not heard from the owners. This is the email I sent. Disappointed. We left after one night 😔 Good morning. Just to let you know we have left This morning. Unfortunately the place isn’t what we expected. The zen vibe wasn’t there. As soon as we arrived the place wasn’t clean. Seeing petals beside bed cabinets and cobwebs on the walls. Dust sitting on the wooden slats of the walls. The toilet was constantly running. Though I worked out that of if I flushed it twice or three times it did stop. There was a whining noise all night from the roof. The sink is damaged as far as the tap cover is concerned. The cooking area. Unfortunately I found the frying pan and sauce pan not a great fit to use at the same time with the 2 place hob. It did surprise me that, there was no cooking or baking dishes available. My plan was to make a cottage pie, I couldn’t. For the money I paid. I work say all above shouldnt have been an issue. There were other little things I could suggest. But listed I think is a major issue. This is a £185 a night, I have paid. Totally £370. I am disappointed. Look forward to your response.

We loved the quiet location very rural but still close enough to many different attractions and things to do it was great in the evening no lights was able to stargaze and using the hotub looking at the stars was great. the accommodation was clean and spacious plenty of room and the zen bathroom was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and there was plenty of space to take the dog out on walks. would highly recommend this for other people looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of life.

Went for my partners 30th and arrived to birthday balloons that had been pre-arranged which were very affordable and made a great effort! The room overall had a Lovely design. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were really nice and polite. The food at the restaurant was absolutely brilliant.

The hot water took too long in shower and bath and walls were so thin felt neighbours were in my room so was woken really early with kids 2nd day and first day male voices..honestly thought they were in my room

My boyfriend and I’s second time staying in the zen den and we plan to visit once or twice a year. Great value for money and absolutely love it here! Has everything you need for a relaxing trip. The area is so peaceful also. Only a short drive from the lovely Dunkeld and Pitlochry. The wifi this year worked a lot better which was fab as we were able to watch Netflix and listen to music on YouTube which was already signed in on the telly. Kitchen has everything you need to make your own food and enjoy drinks. Bed is so so comfy!! Although the lodges are attached to others, you have your own privacy. Only thing is was that there was only one heater working in the lodge. We went in September therefore it was still cosy enough. Reckon in the winter months this could be an issue. Staff are available at the end of a phone and very helpful. Highly recommend the kaoglen lodges. Thanks again for having us
