Die Lage ist super schön, man hat eine tolle Aussicht von dort. Haben sogar Faultiere direkt gegenüber gesehen. Der Whirlpool ist auch ein Highlight.

Mückengitter an den Schiebetüren wären toll.

The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful with anything you need. It's definitely worth staying at this hotel.

The mattress was not in good condition; it had some lumps.

Wir waren drei Tage bei Encanto Arenal lodge und hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider wir waren nicht so schnell mit Buchung hnd hatten keine Jakuzzi Zimmer bekommen, aber Helen war so nett, dass für die letzte Nacht geändert hat und so hatten wir auch das wunderschöne Erlebnis. Preis-Leistung ist top, kann ich sehr empfehlen wenn man bisschen mehr in Natur sein möchte. La Fortuna City ist auf jedem Fall bisschen weiterweg kann man aber in 1,5 reinspazieren oder sehr günstig Uber nehmen falls man kein Auto dabei hat. Vielen Dank nochmal an Helen die super nett war zu uns und unsere Tage da verschönert hat:)

Die Matraze vom Bett war beim Zimmer 3 ungemütlich.

This was a beautiful stay with the most magnificent view of the volcano. We arrived tired after a long drive and enjoyed the jacuzzi at sunset with the volcano right in front of us, it was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was delicious, with three different options to choose from. The attention and service were very good, making us feel truly welcomed. We even managed to see a sloth around the area We had seen some comments that worried us about the road, but it is now paved and in perfect condition. The location is great: only 15 minutes from downtown La Fortuna and about 5-10 minutes from the thermal waters.
