The restaurant was nice

Our room was not cleaned, therfore no coffee or milk, sugar. There was a smell of mildew and toilet in room We later found that the toilet was leaking into the room. We asked if we could move, but we're refused because the lodge was booked fully. I think they forgot about our room because it is the last room in the row.
