The receptionist guy was amazing, very friendly and attended to all our needs

We booked for 2 nights... the room we got was not good at all. The bed was in a very bad condition. Our bodies were painful the next morning. Then i sent an email for another room... the new room was great... The most painful and disappointing thing is that the staff ladies were very rude towards us... no compassion, hospitality, empatgy whatsoever...
