The location is idyllic with carefully manicured grounds, charming rustic cabins, really helpful staff, and a beautiful stretch of beach. You can also get kite surfing lessons on site. The guests tend to be families and couples so the vibe is quiet and friendly. There are some very nice restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

There is no place nearby to buy fresh fruit and vegetables so stock up if you're passing through Tulum.

"Perfect location"

We have stayed in a 3 floor house. The amentities were perfect, however the location is a real gem with direct acess to the beach. Although located in between beach clubs and other hotels, it felt like a little paradise, especially in the mornings, when there is very few people at the beach.

The location was wonderful. Nestled in the jungle with the ocean at your doorstep. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Louder music coming from other locations.

"Great, chill, beachside spot in the midst of the hotel zone without the party vibe typical of other places."

Great location, clean and spacious, secure, and private. We had a nice rooftop view of the ocean & the jungle - great for sunrise/sunset views or just chilling in the hammock to relax during the day. The host was friendly, always helpful, and made every effort to enhance our stay (including an impromptu nighttime invite to see nesting turtles). Nets around each bed and fans in every room helped keep us comfortable in the tropical climate (and it gets hot with plenty of bugs in the summer). Everything was solar powered and we had plenty of outlets in each room for our needs.

Nothing to dislike given our expectations and desires for such a stay!

Close to the beach. Nice collective kitchen and amazing staff.

It was incredibly warm without air conditioning. Everyone in our group of seven people had difficulties of sleeping due to the heat. There was only salt seawater in the rooms and in the kitchen, so you never felt clean even when taking a shower. If you are prepared for a more camping experience its fine, otherwise it feels a bit unconfortable.
