to be honest with u the place it says lady gray yet i have o travel 40 kilos after lady gray on the gravel road i coldnt even sleep on yr premise cause i felt we are not safe

Absolutely loved the setting. Perfect for our dogs, too. Lots of walks but safely fenced, so no worries about them wandering. Spotless and beautifully decorated. Wish it was closer to home as it would definitely be a great weekend getaway. River swimming a bonus.

The host was awesome and ensured we were well prepared for a remote stay with a pre ordered dinner. The house is lovely if you are looking for a no wifi - no phone connection stay! It’s a forced digital detox and even for just a day - it was fab.

You really do need a 4x4 to access the property and the gravel road from James Town before the turn off is 40km.

Location is great, no light pollution, super quiet and beautiful landscape. This is a real getaway from the city. The mattresses were firm and very comfortable.

The drain smell in the bathroom was a problem. The third room was locked but we wanted to use it for the toddler to sleep separate - we thought the third room would be available and would have paid extra if needed to have it available if we had known. The outside chairs are also uncomfortable.

Loved the open spaces and that one could escape the hustle and bustle of the world. The cottage had very nice and comfortable beds.

Food was perfect as usual. Host was excellent and we really enjoyed the Stay.

Excellent location peaceful and tranquil good place to destress and disconnect

The whole place was warm and excellent. There was no signal at the cottage and it was great. A way to breathe and just relax. The scones was amazing! Wished we stayed longer!!

Quaint farmhouse with all the amenities your need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

There is a gravel road to the farm, road leading to the cottage not suitable for a small car.
