The location was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures used by Bookings.com and Star Dam website don't lie at all. I would love to visit again :)

Nothing, the Star Dam team can't control the weather which was the only downside on our way as we got stuck in mud (we did however anticipate this) and everything worked out in the end.

I really like the house itself. Beautiful. The horse riding was great and so was the boat. Everything was very reasonably priced. Also love how they had firewood

They need to work on the road inside the farm. I would have rated it 9/10 if the road was better

The house was immaculate. The setting is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Even with the issue of not having any Eskom electricity we hardly actually noticed.

The road to get there is very bumpy and muddy but even so the location and house is worth the journey.
