No wifi or connectivity even when we brought our own wifi There were mice running around in the evening coming straight from the door

Manager was terrible,I only received email to pay deposit 1 day before arrival. I wasnt aware the lodge didnt have wifi nor signal for our phones

The WiFi cut off cause it didn’t happen in April when I went there

An absolutely beautiful spot with breathtaking views — the perfect escape to unwind and make memories with friends.

The Drive: The drive was manageable, but not ideal if you’re in a low car. It would’ve been helpful to know in advance that a high-suspension vehicle is recommended before booking — this was only mentioned after confirmation, despite me reaching out via Instagram to check on road conditions. The Lodge (Stoneford Lodge): We stayed at Stoneford Lodge and unfortunately had a tough time with the fireplace in the outside bunk style room. It got extremely smoky, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. A heads-up or a solution to manage the smoke would’ve made the stay more pleasant.

The property is amazing, the only issue was the WiFi which did not work for the duration of our stay , so we were off grid for 2 days, no network no WiFi

The lady who was cleaning was amazing, the general workers were great, just 1 or 2 of them who didn’t want to assist us when we went to the storage place trying to connect to the WiFi so that we can communicate with the people who were traveling with us coz they were getting lost, they gave us an attitude and lock themselves in clearly showing that they do not wish to assist us
