The Farm Hut

It’s a beautiful and quaint place to stay, with stunning views. The hosts have thought of everything and make an effort to welcome you to The Farm Hut. A truly lovely and unique place.

I loved it!

The Hut it’s self is well located with stunning views. The cosy and comfortable. The shower was hot. Bed was very comfortable, towels left also very good.

The Hut needs a deep clean and a bit of maintenance. The bath room has areas of damp also a couple of areas where Insects are coming and going. No hot water in sink only the shower. Main door doesn’t close properly on the bottom, little gap allows air through, recommend adding its own lock. Door also needs painting. Steps need replacing and starting to show wear and tear. Wooden floor needs a good clean and maintenance. Recommend adding more hocks above  radiator to allow to place clothes to dry. Also recommend adding shelving above the bed. I did ask for early check in, was told if hut was ready could do so, when I arrived the lady at the farm answered the door by saying “oh, your early”. Showed me the hut, carried out a visual inspection and left me too it. Didn’t see anyone again. For the price of this hut I’d would have expected more. Also no foot path access to beach as it was closed! Had to walk through the local caravan park (which your not supposed to). With some care and attention this hut would be so much better. Also phone signal is very poor and no wifi.

The hut was so cosy, lovely and warm, comfy bed, everything we needed. The views and surroundings were absolute heaven. We didn't want to leave and are very sad not to be waking up to that view tomorrow. Loved it and want to go back one day. It was so peaceful.

Beautiful view of the coast, so quiet and peaceful. Cutest cabin, slept really well.

Happy to be left alone to our little break, but perhaps a little more contact was needed from the hosts for check in.

Sea view and hut location outstanding.

No hot water plumbed into the kitchen or bathroom sinks (not mentioned on booking.com, might not have stayed knowing this). Missing some basic kitchen equipment, ie no can opener, only one wine glass! More comfortable table chairs would have been nice (we have stayed in other huts that had somewhere comfy to sit). No facility or info for recycling materials.

The Farm Hut is cosy and comfortable in a stunning location.

The location was beautiful, right next to a farm with sheep. We were visited by a chicken and a cat too! The inside was cosy and cute, and a nice warm shower. The sea view was lovely during the sunset.

The floor wasn't very clean, neither was the bed... full of bits. I wish there was a fan too, as it gets really hot at night during hot days.
