"Lovely peaceful escape!"

Gorgeous view of the sea. Great escape and getaway. Comfortable bed too! 5 minutes drive from Barmouth. Set in the rolling hills of Wales.

There isn’t a TV or Wi-Fi. We were there for a few nights and it was actually lovely to switch off from the world. Wi-Fi would’ve been great if stay was longer.

The views were amazing close to the town centre about a 30minute walk or there is a train station 10mins walk that takes you straight to the promenade, the facilities were cleaned to a high standard and all the basic necessity provided plus extras such as board games and cards. Perfect for a little getaway.

"Great sunset views, lovely hut and good outside bbq"

The location of the hut is superb for sunsets and for evening bbq's. It is quiet and secluded. The hut has space for everything we took for the 2 nights and the kitchen has everything we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful.

The views over the sea & peacefulness were fantastic. It's a lovely shepherd's hut with good facilities.

Everything was fine and it does what it says on the tin. However, the reason it's a 4 star review rather a 5 star, is that the hut is a little tired and would benefit from a spruce up. Also although it had been adequately cleaned, there were some old cobwebs around and remnants of previous occupants. If we left our rental properties like this, our tenants would soon tell us. Finally, the only hot water is from the shower or kettle, no big issue, but renters should be aware. However small issues from what was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

"Served a purpose and very handy for some of the local sites."

Location was very good. Booking. com could have been more descriptive of the property, difficult for persons with a disability, steps into property high and slippery, bed too high off floor, was very comfortable. Got use to lack of some amenities.

Booking.com described this property as beachfront Whilst we had an uninterrupted view there was no direct access to the beach.
