Exceptional location, totally isolated.

Cabana Fantane is in a wonderful location. The building is lovely, warm and solid. The jacuzzi and sauna are divine. The location deserves another mention, the forest and mountains have amazing hiking trails, fairly easy ones for novices and also long hard ones for experts. The only minor quibble we had regarding our stay was the music. People travel to the mountains for peace, nature and tranquility. Unfortunately there was music playing that wasn’t to everyone’s taste and more importantly it was played through speakers outside when really, people want to listen to the birds and the wind in the trees. The staff were very friendly and helpful but there was a miscommunication regarding towels. As there were spa facilities, usually extra towels are provided- however when we asked we were told to put the wet towels on the radiator because extra towels weren’t included in the package (bearing in mind we hadn’t booked a particularly cheap package). If this advice is taken on board then this hotel is an excellent choice.

We liked everything. The staff is really nice, food was very tasty, the rooms spotless, and the view amazing.
