The Lazy Shag Lodge

Really good price; I had a large room to myself; there was plenty of room for my bike in the room or on the deck outside; I like being able to hear the trains. Sunny room with a view.

The yard is a bit untidy, although the guest areas are all up to scratch. It was a bit tricky getting my bike up the steps to the deck (heavy e-bike); the steps to the kitchen from the deck are awkward and the lighting not that good

Location close to township, restaurant nextdoor very reasonable.

Place is a bit tired and could do with a spruce up. Also check fixtures and fittings. Didn't accept debit card or eftpos for payment. Used cash.

Staff was very nice :)

Bed was so comfortable, everything worked great and the place has everything you need.

The shower’s not great, the WiFi didn’t quite reach the room, and the towels and sheets had some lint on them.
