No one came to clean our rooms or change our towels. We never saw anyone who worked at the property, we checked ourselves in as well as had to check ourselves out.

"Not happy with front desk assistant"

Rooms are spacious and very clean. I also loved the fresh smelling towels :-)

The lady who gave me the keys was extremely rude. I arrived at 17h30 for check-in. She kept insisting that check-in is at 1 pm on Saturday. Yelled at me because she was at a braai with friends..... meanwhile i tried explaining to her that booking.com shows that check-in is between 14h00 - 17h30
