The location was good

The room I was in had cockroaches, so I was not comfortable. The amount of money paid and the dstv channel limitation was not good at all, please move to smart tv and do not make me watch sabc channels on dstv

The room was clean honestly.

Powder milk only provided, fresh milk will do as well and brown sugar as well. Tea/Coffee packs were not enough.

Security was top notch. The rooms and bed linen were super clean.

Just a glitch. The shower nozzles were blocked, some. Out of 25, only 10 were functional causing one to struggle to take a decent shower. Very frustrating.
