The location was great. The place was clean.

I did not want to write a negative review, as the place was neat and clean, so I tried to speak to the host before leaving, but she just seemed completely uninterested in what I was saying. I do not even know her name, as she did not introduce herself. We were given instructions regarding our arrival via WhatsApp; however, when we arrived and tried to follow the instructions, the key was not where we were told it would be. This particular lady then gave us a key for a different room. The room itself was clean and neat. We unfortunately could not connect to the wifi at all—not to any of the options displayed. I then sought a staff member to assist and the lady who did, tried and tried and was also unable to connect us. She then decided to reboot the router, and we connected for a bit until it was not working again. Due to the WiFi issue, the TV would not work at all as well. Throughout the night the wifi kept disconnecting. We were asked via WhatsApp what we would be having for breakfast and what time we'd like to have breakfast. I indicated 08h30. On arrival in the dining room, we were not greeted at all, just told where to sit. We received our breakfast at 09h10 - the time we thought we'd be leaving the property. The breakfast was cold and despite indicating in my message the day before that I would like soft fried eggs, the eggs were completely overcooked. I politely indicated that I had requested soft eggs and her response was: "Okay I will bring you soft eggs" and she walked away leaving my plate on the table. When she brought the soft eggs in a side plate, I asked if she would mind warming the rest of my food as it is now even colder, she just took the plate from my hand and we were startled to hear the microwave door slam - an indication that she was rather annoyed. Before leaving, I asked if I could please speak to her in private as there was another guest in the dining area, she just stood so I could speak to her right there.

I told the host that I would rather tell her in person about our experience as I do not enjoy writing a negative review but she was not apologetic at all so felt that I would rather be honest in my online review.
