The guesthouse is well located and the room was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall stay wasn’t great. Netflix didn’t work, there was no hot water, and noise from guests in the hall area made it difficult to relax. There were also no staff on-site to assist us—only telephonic support, which didn’t resolve the issues. While the location is a plus, the lack of basic amenities and assistance didn't make it enjoyable.
