SHUKRAN Apartelle

Basic accommodation, private room. I slept in the teepee hut with fan & was comfortable at night. It is built lightly so there isn't much sound insulation FYI. Free filtered water & there is a kitchen you can use if need be. I was out & about all day and this was just a place to sleep & leave my stuff, so it worked perfectly for me.

Bathroom was a bit dated, but everything functioned properly.

The place was so good for us. Very convenient and above all, the staff were exceptional especially tita Lory! She was like a mother to us!

Hostess is an absolute gem. Real rural feel. Lots of animals around. They hooked up a nice scooter. Kitchen available. Free water, kettle. Not far from many good places to eat. Short scoot to some good activities.

The bathrooms closest to the hut have no toilet seats or toilet paper, no showers just buckets and doors that barely close, let alone lock. If you are one of the huts that the bathrooms are behind, you hear everything. The bathroom inside is damp and has some critters in the ceiling making it eerie and uncomfortable. If the accomodation is full, water might run out for a few hours. Allergen alert: if you are allergic to animals or mites, bring some benadryl. Farm behind, so bring some ear plugs to help you sleep and to not get woken up.

Lory was brilliant, helped us rent a bike for our stay. Location was great and a good kitchen to use. Communal bathrooms were kept clean.

This place was so lovely, kept extending and extending! Perfectly located, with all the plants and garden decorations creating such a peaceful and charming atmosphere. But what REALLY made it special was Lory, the host / staff member. She is the sweetest person ever and made my stay in Siquijor so memorable. She treats you like family. I’ll miss my time there with her, and will definitely have to come back. Highly recommend this place!

the room has cockroaches! we didn’t even sleep there because there was so many bugs in the actual beds and the beds also had bird poo on them
