Very convenient location, walking distance 5-10 min from shop, café, The Irish pub, which for Great barrier is a big "+". Clean and peaceful place, fast and professional responses from the owner Fiona, on all my questions before going. She did organize for us a rent car, as well. If you need a place to fully recharge, this is the one.

It was very peaceful and quiet. Fiona was friendly and had lots of information for us. Friendly farm animals and plentiful bird life.

Our accommodation was obviously a section separated from a larger house. We awoke to clinking on crockery and murmering nextdoor and felt we had to be conscious of not disturbing neighbors in the evenings.

"Night before my trek stay."

Very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, quiet and peaceful. Night skies were amazing. Fiona organised a transfer for me from. Claris airport and return. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature.
