Sehr neues gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit orginellem, sehr modernen Badezimmer. Sehr gut gelegen, um Punakaiki zu erkunden.

Leider hatten wir das Zimmer Miro im Erdgeschoss. Es war sehr dunkel und der Ausblick (grosses Fenster) ging auf den Parkplatz. Die Unterkunft war durch ihre Lage im Wald sehr feucht, sodass der Entfeuchter konstant laufen musste. Die Fenster konnten wegen den vielen Mücken nicht geöffnet werden, da keine Mückengitter vorhanden waren. Ausserdem wurde konstant via elektrischem Dispenser ein Anti-Mücken-Mittel im Zimmer verteilt, was Kopfschmerzen verursachte. Eventuell sind die höher gelegenen Zimmer besser.

Absolutely loved our stay here. What a wonderful peaceful setting. Loved the bathroom. The bed was comfy and the place was very clean. We were sad we had to leave.

The setting was wonderful, the bathroom a delight, and the bed very comfortable.

We had problems finding it,as turned off too early and some other accomodation had the same name as our room name which misdirected us. It was late evening, dark and raining, and the bin was in the way of the sign which once found only showed the name of one room, not the other two we were looking for. It took 20 mins of confused searching.

Lack of proper hot plate. Temporary one was fidgety and not great to use. No pasta strainer either I know thin walls were mentioned in the ad but if you’re really sensitive to noise, this place isn’t for you
