Everything was really good! Nice meals, nice personal and our guide (Rudolph) was really nice and patient with us, explaining everything through all the game rides!

"Otimo hotel, Safari a desejar."

Os funcionários são extremamente educados e cordiais. O Francisco e Rudolf foram excepcionais na recepção e esforçado nos games. Limpeza e arrumação constante do quarto.

Na reserva há poucos animais, em 4 games não encontramos 2 dos 5 bigs. Não foi possível ver os leões (que já ficam em uma área isolada) e o os guepardos. Se o foco for a vida selvagem, não é o hotel ideal.

"Experiência espetacular!"

Desde a nossa chegada o atendimento foi excepcional. Na recepção, no restaurante, no serviço de quarto, todos muito atenciosos e fazendo todo o possível para nos agradar, e o gerente Francisco sempre por perto para se certificar de que estávamos bem atendidas. O guia Rudolf foi espetacular! Dividiu conosco muito do seu conhecimento sobre os animais, as plantas, e a natureza em geral, e fez o impossível para que aproveitássemos ao máximo os Safaris.

"Super Preis-Leistung für Familien! Tolles Reservat mit Big4 - und Elefanten kann man auch sehen!"

Das Essen war super! Wirklich Fine Dining zum Lunch und Dinner - Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger und europäischer sein, z.B. Marmelade. Der Chef Francisco ist mega nett! Unfassbar freundlich und positiv. Toll. Das Reservat ist traumhaft schön und liegt direkt am Greater Krüger und die Ranger sehr erfahren und gut!

Das Zimmer könnte etwas moderner sein. sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber da man kaum im Zimmer ist, ist das egal. Täglich sind 6 Std. Safaris auf dem Programm - das Zimmer ist unwichtig, zumindest bei gutem Wetter.

Excelente staff. Pessoal muito simpático e prestativo. Game Safari excelentes.

Poderiam melhorar um pouco o sinal Wi-Fi para facilitar transações, e-mails etc na área do check in / check out.

"Ótimos dias na savana"

Hotel bonito e bem localizado, perto do aeroporto de Hoedspruit, eles oferecem transfer, a reserva é muito grande. Bem estruturado, mas estruturas são mais antigas. Os funcionários são super bem treinados, ficamos hospedados sozinhos no hotel por duas noites, então fizemos Safari particular. Encontramos os big 5 no segundo game drive, então o guia, Rudolf, mostrou várias áreas pra gente, inclusive uma árvore de 2 mil anos. A comida é bem gostosa, e achei as porções generosas, peçam o omelete completo do café da manhã, vale muito a pena. O gerente Francisco fala português, o que ajuda muito também. Todos muito simpáticos

Falta de tomada nos quartos, principalmente próximo a cama

Location is very authentic and super maintained. The dinner room is fantastic. We had fantastic game drives in very small groups; well guided and we saw a lot of animals. And staff was incredible botje the ranger as the manager and the staff in the dining room. A wonderful stay.
