Price-quality out of balance. We expected more in terms of hospitality. Our familyroom had no river view, was ok but without anything special, small bathroom, without bath, just a minishower. The swimming pool is extremely small. They do not offer any cocktails, the dining room is quite dark, few windows, no nice view. I would have preferred to have dinner with candle or cosy lights, on a terrace/outside or at least with a nature view. Next to the (excellent) gamedrives, there is nothing to do or enjoy at the accomodation itself. Additional comment after feedback of the host: the presence of absence of children does not change the fact that our room did not have any river view (while stated), an extremely small bathroom, a dark dining room and nothing to do...

The property is very well kept, rooms are clean and tidy and gardens are prestine. The one on one engagement with staff was good. The food was well tasty, healthy portions and well presented.

There is a huge disparity on what is marketed to customers and the experience you get. I have travelled all over Africa to many game lodges and this one does not stack up! The price paid versus experience was very disappointing! There was no atmosphere, everything seems regimented ( including exact time for drivers to be back from game drives …no such thing as 15 mins late !!) The game viewing experience was probably the worst I have had, the ranger is well read, but he is not a tracker, and to be fair perhaps because there was very little game on the lodge ( white lions is the only real attraction) which you are guaranteed to see as they are in a separate enclosure, no elephants on the property, and I have yet to see a leopard or buffalo! Oh !.. to top it all no sundowners . Only warm water at a random stop ( if you lucky) What a missed opportunity as this is part of the bush experience, shocking actually ! There was no boma, or outside seating for meals . No fresh juice (blended) no real butter ! And you pay for drinks (including sparkling water and cappuccino??

Hotel lindo e chique. A reserva é bem grande. Já dois safáris diários incluídos na diária. Rodolfo, nosso ranger, foi ótimo. No primeiro safári já vimos os big 5. Francisco o gerente do hotel e incrivelmente simpático e atencioso. Assim como os demais funcionários

A comida deixa muito a desejar. O restaurante é muito chique, o que faz supor que a comida seja ótima. Embora a apresentação dos pratos seja caprichada , a quantidade de comida é pouca , não há opções nem variedade. O almoço é servido as 14:30. No primeiro dia limitou-se a uma tortinha individual de legumes e carne e no outro, um espaguete ao suco e só ! Sem salada, sem entrada, sem pão. Jantar também muito limitado. Não há nenhuma outra refeição intercalada. A parte de alimentação não condiz com a beleza e conforto do hotel. Uma pena porque os funcionários da cozinha capricham na aparência. O grande problema está no cardápio.
