Lage, schnell erreichbar, sehr gute Game Drives, engagierter Guide der sehr verständlich erklärt hat und sehr freundlich war

Manager stand am Abreisemorgen zusammen mit unserem Guide vor der Tür und wollte wissen ob wir ihm ein Trinkgeld gegeben haben, sehr unangenehme Situation, unmöglich, nicht professionell!! Essen ist verbesserungswürdig, gab z.B. anstatt Butter nur Margarine, ist ein Unding. Am Abreisetag wurde bereits, obwohl wir noch da waren der Boden geputzt und die Betten gemacht.

The stay at the Hotel Elandela already promised a lot, but it went far beyond what we expected. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the team responsible for our stay, all with a huge smile. We were taken to a lobby where Francisco, the person responsible for the guests, explained to us about the hotel's schedules and meals. The facilities are beautiful and themed from Africa and savannah. Francisco guarantees a show of sympathy, care and is always willing to help and concerned that everyone has an amazing stay. The safari guides are helpful, always informing guests about the fauna and flora of the savannah and do their best so that guests can see the animals they dream of knowing. The food is divine! Definitely my favourite part of Africa

Lugar incrível, todos funcionários são excelentes, Francisco uma pessoa incrível e muito gente boa, ainda fala português, a reserva é muito diferente das outras q fui, cheias de árvores e uma paisagem espetacular, Rudolph foi nosso guia nos safaris e deixou tudo muito melhor, sabia tudo de todos os bichos e das plantas, fez questão de explicar e ir atrás de todos os bichos q pedíamos, uma calma e educação fora do normal. Comida muito boa, quarto muito bom, vista do rio sensacional e a quantidade de animais próximo de início assusta um pouco kkkkkk. Foram dias incríveis

A equipe sem dúvida!!! Umas das melhores que conheci!! O Francisco sempre atencioso o Remember sem comentários!!! O pessoal do Safari!! Um espetáculo!!! A cozinha muito boa e suficiente!!! O Hotel em si um espetáculo mesmo!! Super recomendo

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier. Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Elandela Game Reserve untergebracht . Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Safaris waren top und wir konnten gleich am Tag eins unseres Urlaubes vier von den Big 5 sehen. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Gerne haben wir auch Zeit vor dem Zimmer verbracht mit Blick auf den Fluss, hier gab’s ebenfalls einige Tiere zu sehen. Abends schauten im Garten ein paar Zebras vorbei, ein Krokodil lebte im See vor dem Restaurant und sogar Wildhunde konnten wir sehen.

Das Essen war lecker und super schön angerichtet, allerdings hätten wir uns hier mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.

Personnel attentionné. Excellente cuisine. Joli cadre.
