Die Safaris mit den guten Führern waren super. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Essen sehr schön zubereitet, geschnacklich gut bis sehr gut.

Die Preise fürs Wäschewaschen waren komplett überzogen und es ging auch noch Wäsche verloren. Der Swimmingpool war sehr klein, nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das freundliche Personal war immerzu dabei Geschirr abzuräumen, sobald man fertig war, was ungemütlich war. Nur ein vegetarisches Gericht. Daher wurden die Erwartungen an diese Luxus-Lodge nicht komplett erfüllt.

Lugar incrível, onde os animais aparecem ao redor! Funcionários extremamente cordeais, educados e prestativos. Consegui ver os big 5 ja no segundo round. Os guias sao excelentes, de diferentes perfis… o que tem olhos de águia para encontrar os animais, o que sabe todas as historias, o que atende as necessidades! Foi uma estadia incrível!

A quantidade das porções das refeições é pouca

Staff was friendly and attentive. The location is excellent and the wildlife incredible (BIG 5!!). The guide taking you on the game drives are super experienced, knowledgeable and entertaining.

I wished there was a big camp fire in the evenings!!

Praticamente tudo, especialmente o atendimento personalizado que o Francisco nos proporcionou por falar português. O Francisco é nota mil. Os demais funcionários tbm são muito atenciosos sempre.

Preço poderia ser revisto.

Excellent staff, very comfy room. It was my birthday, the whole staff came to sing Happy Birthday to me at dinner and it was very nice!

Catering not so good. We didn’t get breakfast the day we decided to go to the Kruger, which we were already aware, but the local shop only sold coffee and tea and not proper breakfast food. There were only dried fruits and crackers. We had woken up at 5am and next proper meal was at noon. For the price we’ve paid they could easily had packed breakfast for us. Also, it was said that during the game drives inside the hotel they serve coffee and biscuits but it just didn’t happen because you’d had to stop the jeep to drink and eat amidst the lions. So again we were fasting from 5am until after 9am. They have to come up with a more practical way to serve breakfast. Dinner was very unimpressive and repetitive. Nothing local or typical was served, just fish with smashed potatoes or a pizza that doesn’t deserve to be named that way.

a única coisa que falta no quarto,são tomadas próximas para carregar celular…
