Lovely place to cool down when coming from Padang. The garden is beautiful and the houses adorable. Simple and sufficient. We played badminton 🏸 with all the staff, it was so much fun. Hero is a great host and told us all about the adventure options. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Poorly maintained facility, water heater not working during the stay, no table /chair in the room, very small room, very dampness, noisy sorrounding till late night.

This is a nice property, a short walk from the town but be aware it is up a hill. Our bungalow was clean and lovely and we had hot water once my husband went round the back and figured out how to turn on the pump. The setting is nice in well kept gardens and a lovely view.

It is lacking something. The Staff are very young and don’t speak any English and are not very proactive. They are pleasant and they did help us get a taxi when we needed to leave through Google translate. The breakfast is a sweet pancake, same both days no choice. Shame really as this place has great potential.

Very nice garden and excellent location.

The main problem was the bathroom ad many other guests have already mentioned. When you flush the toilet it leakes (whatever you flush down the toilet) all over the bathroom floor. That makes using the bathroom very unpleasant as is smells constantly very bad. Its ok when the door to the bathroom is closed. The staff is rather friendly but the communication is difficult for us becaude they dont speak English. Towels were only offered when asked. Breakfast was ok but there was only one option (Pancakes)
