La piscine n’avait pas de lumière

Belle suite avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le logement est propre et bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine. Accès à la piscine à débordement de la résidence également. Restaurant au sein de la résidence

Il manquait quelques accessoires dans la cuisine. La résidence est isolée. Il faut absolument être véhiculé pour avoir accès aux commodités. Problème de géolocalisation à l’arrivée en pleine nuit: pas de panneaux et d’adresse qui permettrait de faciliter le repérage des Villas du lagon. L’adresse sur Booking ne précise pas que ça se trouve au sein des Villas du Lagon.

Nice beach and great pool. Rooms are very well decorated.

Andra was incredible!! she took as much time as we wanted to tell us EVERYTHING about the Island, where to go, what to do. Showed us around the grounds at our stay. This is the only time I can recall where not a single detail could have been improved upon. 100 out of 10!!!!

Great location, comfortable suite and a fabulous view.

This host has a lot of misleading information on Booking. The restaurant, bar and spa are permanently closed. In spite of the room description (including "the standout feature of this room is the pool with a view"), our "Superior suite with sea view" had no pool, no dining furniture (only two outdoor chairs and a small table), no washing machine, no desk, no pool view. For the first 48 hours we did not even have a functioning toilet (!) and even though there was a vacant suite for our second and third night they would not let us change rooms. Their responses took a long time and were just stonewalling. Unfortunately we had paid for our stay in advance. The reception staff are lovely but can do nothing. If anyone still wants to stay in this fraud of a place, do book ahead at neighbouring Lili au Lagon. They are open for lunch and dinner with great food and ambiance.

The location first of course, right in front the ocean :-); the welcome of the Spanish lady at the welcome desk (thanks again for everything!); studio/flat excellent; well equipped inside; very clean; bedding very good; property well maintained overall. Not an issue at all, only for travellers' awareness : not an hotel but a short term locations property only; no services on site (and it is not needed as everything is easy, offers are everywhere, you just need a good paper guide!); nothing around and if you come like me in the low season and the only restaurant is closed, it is sad (but here again no problem, easy to venture out with your car to find a restaurant; you have also a big supermarket at le François; to go fast at night and not too far, I recommend Dosta restaurant on the road at Dostali)

I must admit that I did not like the fact that some very basic amenities were not in the flat and that I had to buy them all for such a short stay (9 nights booked): dishwashing soap/liquid and sopalin for the kitchen, cleaning products for bathtub and shower would be a minimum. I would also recommend bins inside the property. Careful, and for awareness only: 1) no visibility of the junction on the main road so you need good eyes or good GPS!) 2/ no visibility also in the village itself hence - if you are tired or not vigilant - you go straight to the restaurant (closed) and fall into a no-through road, in front of the portal of the restaurant, with no reverse park possible... And then you 3/ when you book on Booking this Anagani Suites, but the property is named "Les Villas du Lagon" (so the first time, it can make you crazy if you look for Anagani suites, you will never find them).
