La vue est incroyable, vous pouvez y trouver des animaux ( alpaga, moutons, poules à caresser ). Les équipements de la chambre top ! Nous avons adoré notre nuit à Stardome et la navette gratuite du centre à l’hôtel ( aller/ retour ) est vraiment un plus ! Départ trop tôt nous n’avons pas pu goûter le petit déjeuné mais le repas du soir était très bon

Seul petit commentaire, une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée dans la chambre serait un plus

The best place to connect with the Sacred Valley and truly feel all its beauty and power. The hotel is organized in a way that nothing disturbs you, yet the staff is always nearby if you need anything. Virginia is an amazing host — always available and helping with any question. A wonderful place. Absolutely recommend.

Exclusivamente o espaço físico.

O hotel não dispõe de comida e é altamente arrogante e despreparado quanto a mobilidade dos hóspedes para a cidade e estação. Perdemos o nosso trem em um horário sem justificativa, às 4h da manhã, por puro e total atraso do staff local e da equipe de deslocamento, o que, nos garantiram logo de início, que estava incluso. Se soubessémos, preferíamos ter pago a mais um transporte por conta própria. Além disso, na chegada, o hotel combinou conosco um horário de chegada para nos pegar na praça principal, visto que o acesso para ele não existe no Google Maps e simplesmente não apareceu, alegando que apareceria apenas 2h após o horário combinado, sem aviso prévio. Tivemos que pegar um transporte por aplicativo por conta própria para acesso.

Incredible location and view. Loved seeing the lamas wander around and love that the venue supports a local school.

We didn’t have a very clear night so we didn’t really get to see any stars from the dome unfortunately plus it was freezing in there at night so we didn’t stay long. Unfortunately it was way too hot to sit in there and read in the morning so we really were unable to use the dome viewing much but still enjoyed the amazing view from our room
