The lobby and free coffee was a nice touch and the view of fuji san was amazing. its a relaxing enviroment. the lobby staff was courteous and polite and welcoming

The cleaning staff is not properly trained. Instructions wasn't given clearly on where the tools are for cooking and left us in a hurry unattended dealing with fire. I was expecting the food to be cooked for us, but clearly it wasn't and instruction also not given properly. on top of that the Japanese staff was very hostile, especially to my surprise when we greeted good morning to him he reply with a grunt. Just because of this, this will be my last stay here. hopefully they can improve their service towards foreign guest.

Really great area

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Staff were amazing and so lovely! The beds were really comfortable! The half board of dinner and breakfast was fantastic!! Was plenty of food for my daughter & I. Everything was so clean and the bathroom had so much room! We loved glamping in the pods and I hope can do again some day!!

It was quite an enjoyable and bonding experience for my group of friends. But our marshmallows magically disappeared while we went to the amusement park. We left the door locked and nothing else was touched it was very confusing situation.

A shuttle service from kawaguchigo station from the villa would be very convenient but over all this place is amazing. It’s relaxing and quiet

Great views. Comfortable. The staff at reception was amazing. They helped me and my girlfriend who was poorly. Very helpful to us.
