Harnham Mountain Lodge

I love the view of nature and it was refreshing, perfect 🥰.. and great. We enjoy ourselves. It was peaceful and stress-free. This place will never be forgotten. We had lots of fun and enjoyed our vacation ...

Nothing to complain about because everything was perfect and great.

The gardens were pretty. The setting was nice.

There was no restaurant at the hotel, so we had to eat our meals at a nearby hotel. The hotel has potential but at the moment is sorely in need of basic amenities, such as mirrors and towel hooks in the bathroom, a mini fridge, dustbin in the bedroom. There is no wifi or TV in the bedrooms. The walls are very thin and we could hear our next door neighbours quite clearly. The swimming pool was very green.

Perfect venue, beautiful surroundings

1. There was no mirror, only the small one in the bathroom which 4 ladies have to share. 2. There was no TV, which is a first, Ive stayed in different placesband one would like to believe a Tv is standard. 3. The hot water issue, in future it would be great to notify guest that they should wait for the hot water because it took time to come out.(The guys attitude when I contacted him about the hot water issue was so unacceptable, he was dissapointed that he had to walk a distance only for the hot water to come through when we got there as if I knew how this sustem works. I was so dissapointed at him.) 4. The gunshots at night are traumatizing, I suggest letting guest know about the hunting going around and to expect gunshots 5. Also add enough coffee and tea stuff. 6. Also add an iron. 7. I would also suggest that a pool be also added to the side we were sleeping in beacause we did not even get to enjoy the pool as it was a distance from where we were staying.

Great landscape

They new that they don't have cleaned swimming pools,no room service, no air conditioning, not even a telephone in the room, no wifi no TV,no kitchen ,we had to go nearest lodge witch had all of the above but their prices are almost 50% less

The staff is very welcoming and ready to make sure we were comfortable and it’s value for money

The location of the facility is very far and the view(dam) was very dirty

Nothing at all everything was so bad

We didn't have electricity till the following morning. We had to wait for the manager for about 30 minutes to check us in. The service was very bad n the staff didn't even come n check if everything was OK. Imagine staying in cold room without electricity and aircon. We couldn't even warm up our food cz we didn't have microwave
