Harnham Mountain Lodge

Chalets are new, outdoors is ubsolutely beautiful.

Plumbing system is very poor. We didn't have a warm water to shower. Main guest house the water does not drain in the bath in one of the rooms. No handrails to hang towels, TV. No coffee facilities in the rooms. There is a noise coming at the back of the rooms, I don't know if it's a generator, but it kept us awake most times at night. The comune kitchen needs upgrade.

The rooms were very clean. The outside area was beautiful with beautiful views. The Manager by the name of Victor provided excellent service and tried to do all that he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, despite the limitations that the venue presented.

We had no hot water to shower. The rooms had no kettles/cups, no bathroom mirrors. When we made use of the Communal Kitchen, the kitchen staff were very rude.

The location was on a mountain so we were surrounded by nature.The sunrise in the morning was exceptional to experience.The staff was running out of patience but they displayed professionalism at all costs and tried their best to meet our needs.The bon fire they made us every evening was exceptional.

When we arrived there we were booked into the wrong rooms,very far away from the facilities but that was fortunately resolved.They use solar only so our water was never hot,we had to boil water with kettles to have a decent bath.The swimming pools were all dirty and not cleaned so we didn't even swim.The other rooms have no fridges, microwave,they all don't have aircons so in winter there's no source of warmth.

Room was like under construction. Poor facilities No hot water to bath No lights in the room Bed not prepared Floor not cleaned It was the most horrible experience of my life for the amount I paid. I could have went to local hotel cheaper and get far better.
