Casas Pelicano

This is paradise! The beach house has everything you need: comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open space to habe dinner and hang out. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen in Costa Rica - wild and wide and we mainly had it to ourselves. Plus the perfect pool - we wished we had more time at Casa Pelicano and we will come back when we will be in Costa Rica again.

Stunning location for sunsets and endless beach walks! Even got to see a turtle nesting early one morning!

Bed and bedding could have been better quality...pillows thin & lumpy - sheets felt like thin plastic... :(

My stay at Casa Pelicano was an absolute delight! Right from the start, our host, Sybil, was nothing short of amazing. Her warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home, and we even had the pleasure of spending some wonderful time with her. The villa’s proximity to the beach is exceptional, offering easy access to a stunning, serene shore that is far less crowded than other tourist spots. It’s a perfect retreat for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the beach without the usual bustle. Casa Pelicano itself is a thoughtfully designed haven. It’s well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, making our stay convenient and comfortable. The attention to detail in the design of the villa added to the overall charm and ambiance. The views from the villa are breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and spending evenings by the refreshing pool was a highlight of our stay. The location is both convenient and quiet, striking a perfect balance for a relaxing getaway. Lastly, the beach deserves a special mention. It’s incredibly beautiful and offers a sense of tranquility that’s hard to find. The quiet and pristine setting made our experience all the more special. Casa Pelicano is a spectacular choice for anyone seeking a peaceful beachside escape. Thanks to Sybil’s exceptional hospitality and the villa’s wonderful amenities, our stay was memorable. I highly recommend it to others and look forward to returning in the future.

Sibylle is a wonderful host, very nice and helpful. The location is beautiful, great view of the Pacific through the garden. We would love to come back!

Away from the tourist, quiet secluded beach

The location is excellent, the quietness, the porch was my favorite part.

There is no air conditioning, the bed was not comfortable.
