"Alright. No doubt this used to be fab and then standards have slipped."

Location was great

Dusty table, used dirty war cleaners on floor, used tissues on decking and toys provided were extremely mouldy. Not great.

"unclean, disappointing, bad customer service and still waiting to have deposit refunded almost a month later!"

It was a massive disappointment. the lodge we were moved to, we had to temporarily vacate to accommodate a potential buyer viewing it. the first lodge was filthy.

The lodge was unclean, fridge full someone else’s food and tomatoes that were going off, freezer was frozen over so we could store our own food. dirty towels. no toilet seat… the list goes on. see photographs for more details it’s a shame I couldn’t share more because I have plenty!

The lodge was beautiful, the hot tub fantastic, was our 1st time with hot tub. Location was perfect for quiet break from busy life.
