"Superb"

The cottage was comfortable and spacious. There was so much provided in the way of tea/coffee etc plus cleaning products. It is great to go somewhere and be able to do washing etc without the need to bring detergents. Having said that because we did not know we had brought our own beverages and only being away for two nights didn't use the washing machine.

Only one negative was the fact that to get from the city to the cottage required negotiating a long hill. But there is a bus until early evening and taxi is reasonable.

"Very good"

Very spacious and fantastic views. Garden area was pretty.

All the previous bedding and towels were all still in the dryer and still damp. We had to take care of it all to stop the smell.

"Disappointing"

6.0

The views from some of the rooms are stunning.

This was not a great experience. We travelled with 2 young children. One child is 2 and needed a cot. When booking I sent a message requesting an extra bed for a 1 year old to which they replied that they could confirm. Upon arrival there was no cot I texted to ask where and was told they don't have cots and don't offer this! In short I paid just under £140 to sleep on a sofa with no bedding. This was the additional bed I suspect if so how about providing some bedding for it! In general this place was tired needed a proper clean and didn't live up to the price sorry to say and I don't like leaving bad reviews.

"This accommodation stands out for its seamless combination of rustic charm and modern convenience."

10.0

The bungalow offers an idyllic getaway, blending countryside serenity with easy access to the city. Its location is nothing short of exceptional, boasting breathtaking views that allow guests to escape the bustle of Bath while staying conveniently close. Inside, the bungalow is spacious and designed in a minimalist style combined with vintage items that provide home comforts. The kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking, with a generous supply of essentials such as tea and coffee. Practical amenities such as a washer and dryer enhance comfort for longer stays. Communication with the host, Ed, was simple and efficient, and any issues during the stay were dealt with quickly.

"Large bungalow in a great setting that could be better maintained."

7.0

The setting was idyllic and the views were gorgeous. There was plenty of room in this place.

It was a bit worn and quite unclean; the surfaces were so dusty I could run my fingers through it. Additionally, there was mold/mildew and dirty standing water in the shower. Although the cleaners were sent in to rectify that they didn't do a very good job and there was still lots of dust on the surfaces after the cleaners had been there. (This would be problematic for anyone with allergies.)

"We had a wonderful week, the cottage is very spacious, comfortable and cosy."

10.0

Comfortable, warm, generous supplies, smart TV, comfortable beds, the view, country location close to city, spaciousness, washing machine and dryer.

We loved everything, although no curtains in lounge room did make TV viewing a bit challenging.
