We have had a number of trips to bali and Lombok and Unfortunately this resort was a big disappointment compared to everywhere else we have stayed. We were allocated a deluxe room where you had to climb up 3 large irregular stairs just to get to the toilet. Very dangerous set up if you use the toilet during the night when you are half asleep. There were no photos on booking. Com to show this layout with the bathroom, which is deceptive advertising because we did not get the style of deluxe room we saw advertised on booking.com. The resort is very tired and needs a lot of maintenance to get it up to scratch. Our bathroom was always very messy and never felt like it had been cleaned. We left early because we were disappointed in the accomodation and resort. Food etc is very expensive at the resort. I had to pay 30000 IRD for a cup of tea!! Portion sizes for breakfast are also very small. The WIFi is terrible.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was the best we had sofar, do try the rendang! We did the kitesurfing course and had a great teacher. Thanks to Iskander Ewan Danny Eppi and all others.

Wifi was a bit slow but soon will be improved.

The care from the staff is outstanding

Staff made us feel welcome and super relaxed. The pool was perfect, beach was only about 5 min walk, and the food was really good.

The friendliness of the staff was amazing. It was a great space for kids as they always had something to do.

The friendly, helpful and professional staff made this a terrific vacation for us. The proximity to the beach and the sense of acceptance and inclusion in the local community gave a nice combination of vacation and cultural experience. We were amazed at how delicious the food was.

To be honest we went for my son and husband to surf but unfortunately it is very remote and there wasn't much guidance from the staff to guide us where to go etc. Staff not really forthcoming and probably the least friendliest we met (except the driver who took us to Selong Belenak) in the month we were in Lombok. We booked 5 nights and left after 1 night. There were a bunch of guys that were on a boys trip who were really lovely and made the effort to chat to us which was nice. They pretty much just recommended the beach break and a shame as there are so many others around that area that we missed out on. We were happy with surfing Mawi, and Tanjung Ann instead when we left.
