The only thing I liked is the location of the property.

One manager of the hotel, namely Mr. Khandelwal behaved very rudely with us. Such an impolite person is quite unfit for hospitality business. The blankets provided were very dirty. Booking. com should cancel accreditation of this hotel. For more than ten years I have been staying at hotels recommended by booking.com but never before I have faced such discourteous and insolent behavior from a hotelier.

Rooms are neat and big and nice room. Good stay and preferable next time, near to all main places of the city

They charge separately for mineral water bottle. And one of the staff person was little rude to the customers.
