Hotel Rajmandir

Quiet but not much interesting and not at all suits to the name ' RAJMANDIR '🤣.

There was issue with almost everything in the room. AC was fix on a particular temperature. You could not change it. Basin tap was not working. TV remote was not working. No exhaust fan in bathroom / washroom etc

I booked this hotel for my parents and when I went to meet them in the morning they did not allow me to go to room. They said you need to talk with them next to reception. I was not comfortable having my family chitchat in front of others. they charged my and my wife 500 rupees to go to my parents room. Such a rude behaviour was unexpected. Please avoid this hotel.

I like the location & room is also good as per price

The unprofessional staff they don’t have manner how to talk with the guest manager is rude they even don’t complete guest requirements i call at reception and he told me that we don’t delivered anything in room you should come at the reception and collect everything we have check in in the night and we extent our stay for 3 4 hours and i pay 600 for 3 hours but it’s not the issue he told me that you need to come to the reception and pay the amount first i told him i will pay at the time of checkout don’t worry because i have already payed my room rent which is 1100 something but the manager and the old man how is in the night not a old man but i think he is aged at the time of check-in he is in the sendo and he used very unprofessional language i feel like I’m in a third class hotel pthe property is good i think they need to change the staff a responsible manager need to appoint very penthetic experience i have but i don’t want anyone to go that type of hotel to waste your trip time i traval a lot but i never experience this type of staff i have almost 15 to 20 times booked a hotel in delhi i change my phone that’s why i have old contact otherwise i won’t go to this property very bad experience

I stay 2 days n meet some party, i m puzzle with out internet i request to staff to share internet but direct refused n say internet only for hotel staf not for custmers i request coz i m suffring for that my jio mobile not work but not avilable internet

Helping staff.

Beds are very hard. People around talk very loudly. I was not alloted the room on time inspite of my confirmed booking. It was only after my argument I was shifted to my room after 5 hours.
