Just homely and absolute pleasant stay with small bookshelves of varieties of collections! Highly recommend!

Way of talking of the manager/owner was not good of the hotel. Room was so conjusted and cleanliness. Lunch/dinner and breakfast facility was not there. According to above fare of the room was very high.

In my views, if its owner is unable to provide facilities for their guest who come from 1.5 thousand k.m. then this hotel should be closed by the owner.

Good staff, helpful and supportive. Very good location and easily accessible. Clean rooms and a good for budget travelers and people just travelling for work

Despite of booking, no rooms were available for me at the date of boarding. No link for payment was made available after booking and when arrived the manager blamed that since no payment was made prior hence he could not arrange rooms. Its absolute bogus system adapted.

I like the location of the hotel and facilities around.

Inside the hotel beds were hard, no comfort lack of ventilation, otherwise hotel ok.

Walk-able distance from railway station More than two restaurants are available in this location where the customers get quality foods.

1. Poor room service. I was there for the last three days. I asked one of the staff to change the bed sheet and blanket in the second day, he said yes, but did not provide. I felt a little discomfort to use the same cloths for three days. 2. At the time of check-in, they provided a bottle of water, but it was strange that the bottle was without any brand label or anything. What safety they keep on their customers by providing a bottle of water without any label? I kept it unused. 3. There is no chair in the room. If a customer need a table and chair for using a laptop or writing, its a struggle there. 4. There is no leg space in one side of the western style toilet in the room (room no. 103). 5. Poor network coverage, and unavailability of Wi-Fi for customers 6. Suffered with loud talks from the staffs and other customers.

The staff was polite as well as co-operative and amenities were good.
