Great location and very peaceful, fabulous hot tub and pet friendly. Lovely and clean and well kitted kitchen and very spacious.

Postcode!!!! We arrived when it was dark so we were using sat nav, which took us right up past it and ended up getting stuck in the snow and ice. Thankfully, there was a cabin within walking distance, and the owner was very helpful and gave us a tow .

Hot tub and location.

The smell in the cabin. Lack of living room. No areas to hang clothes

We booked for a little get away, to the eye it looked lovely. Very quiet, hot tub kept clean.

No one at reception, in fact we didn’t see any staff the whole time we were there. Bar and restaurant closed while we were there, very disappointing. Essentials i.e sugar, coffee, salt, pepper etc would of been nice to have, huge crack on the shower floor, also very slippy! Outside lights at the hot tub area would of been a lot better as it’s way to dark, you can’t see anything when getting in and out of the hot tub, the decking is also very slippery even with shoes on, also some form of lighting near parked cars. The tv in the first bedroom never worked and the other tv worked but very very limited channels, wifi strength very weak. Was nice to be away but wouldn’t be booking here again.

Lovely location very rustic not for the infirm lovely walks for the dog great value for money and very pet friendly which was fantastic .restaurant was pet friendly but unfortunately not every one who was in eating where dog friendly which was uncomfortable for myself and my husband as we had or 7 year old black lab sass with us but will definitely will be back as the lodges are fantastic and very chilled

No heating when asked about getting it turned on was told it was off for the summer our stay was in sept which can be cold .The restaurant was ok staff lovely but food was poor for what you are paying.

Just returned home from a weekend trip of 4. Had the best weekend and genuinely couldn't fault this place. Stunning huge suite, staff were lovely and couldn't be anymore helpful. Already looking forward to returning.

Lovely location, very quiet, great walks, very clean. Loved the rooms, so comfortable. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely go back.

Slightly damp smell due to the roof being grassed over but not enough to make us want to leave.

On arrival very musty damp smell min you walked in Very wet dog smell in rear bedroom Z Decking at hot tub very skippy and dangerous with wee cheap plastic moving step Shower room had a cracked shower tray so I didn’t use it used other and bath instead Light definitely required outside at hot tub especially as flooring slippy No welcome pack that you usually get in these kind of places salt/milk/biscuits ect would have been handy Mostly minor things that would have enhanced our stay

The decor was lovely, at face value - not very practical though The views too, however we didn't have any view from our room.

The check in process was very dissociated. The front door to our property also didn't lock - left us feeling very insecure and also let a lot of bugs in to the hallway. The hot tub was checked and cleaned daily, however this was done before 9am on BOTH days, on the first day, i was not dressed and had my privacy invaded. I also got a rash from the hot tub or bedding, either way, it was horrific and itchy and required medicated cream when i got back home.
