Friendly staff... and dogs. Nice spa with daily control. Beautiful surroundings. Spacious.

Missed having a diningtable for the 4 of us.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful and decor is fabulous. The hot tub was great too. We were with our 2 young children and the lodge was spacious and safe for them.

We really had no complaints about the property, it was fab! Only negative was that on the days we stayed (Tuesday & Wednesday) the on-site bar/restaurant was closed.

It's a beautiful lodge with a great bar within walking distance friendly staff and entertainment. The food was fantastic.

For being in such a remote location you get no signal on your mobile data and the WiFi connected but without Internet - if they could improve then WiFi in each lodge it would be excellent. They maybe should put out fly repellent candles beside the jacuzzi as there are an excessive amount at certain times.

too far from away from activities that kids wanted to do. As I have mobility issues, I found all the comfortable chairs too low, but that's personal. maybe laundry facilities!! would be useful. one of the kids was sick just before we arrived. had to rinse out everything and leave wet for 4 days.. a wee bit of landscaping out of the patio doors would improve the view, even sxatter wild flower seeds. no maintenance.

The lodge we stayed in was beautifully decorated, very luxurious and comfortable! The kitchen was clean and tidy and had most of what we needed. The hotub was an extra bonus and enjoyed by all! There was lovely walks around the lodge and was stunningly situated away from all things city!

The kitchen was very tidy, it did miss little things like salt and pepper and maybe even tea and coffee, the wee things you almost always forget! little things that make it feel slightly more homey. Overall there wasn’t much we didn’t like!

The cabins were amazing, couldn't believe how big they were the facilities were brilliant. So pleased and will definitely return. Couldn't of wished for a better couple of days away.
