Cloud Nine

The owner was super nice, we got tea right after we came, he was very helpful. Place has nice view, we liked the balcony so we could eat breakfast outside. Room was clean, mosquito nets above the bed were good. Bed was little short for tall people but comfortable. Great place for this price.

Clean room. Nice view. Very kind host. Quiet neighborhood. 20 minutes walk to city center. If you are lazy or too weak to carry your luggage up few stairs it’s not place for you xD

Good place and calm if you want to be out of the city and be in the calm. The view is great. Room was kind of clean but it’s enough for 2/3 nights. Personal very nice ! Breakfast is good.

The mosquito net can be changed and the mattress was not very confortable.

The location point on maps must be updated, there were not easy to find place, especially in that mountainous area. Pillow had not fresh smell (maybe cause there were no conditioner).

Nice place a little bit outside of the city, so the loudness of Kandy wasn't bothering us. A shop nearby. Small but tasty breakfast.

The room smelled of some chemicals, I suppose something which was suppose to cover the mould which was already appearing in the bathroom. The smell was so strong that we kept the small window open the whole time and the fan on to be able to breath. After we moved out all our luggage smelled of this and our clothes needed to be washed. The place is nice and has a potential but this particular room should not be rented before proper renovation. The bed was super short, I am 1,76 and I was barely fitting.

Balcony is not private as it might look. It is shared with others even though it is just in front of your window. Host did his best to help and make it less crowded but smoking guests from other rooms do not add charm to the stay. Internet was dissapearing quite a lot. Hot water was warm rather than hot. Towels smelled a little and the breakfast was a little tastelwss with not always fresh fruits. However, for the money we paid nothing to complain about.
