Nothing to say about cloud nine or owner. When I arrived at the place my room is not available. I ask the owner, he says he put a message to me today morning. Anyway I didn't received any msg. I cannot write my feelings to words. Pls don't do that kind of things to customers. If there something unexpected things you have to inform your customers earlier. I never recommend that your cloud nine to eny one. You ruined my whole day.

Then after I have to book another room for my stay. Fortunately yak city apartment available at that moment. I upload 2 images of my bookings. I'm writing to this review to who going to book cloud nine to your stay please think twice or more.

Incredible views and super friendly staff!

The location was a little far from the town but worth it for the stunning view!

The view from the room was incredible! Especially at sunset. The breakfast was really good. Daham was amazing! He was communicative before arriving, even suggesting a price to bargain for on the Tuk Tuk up the hill (you don't want to walk it...). One day he offered to take me out to Ambuluwawa Tower on his bike, for a much better price than what the Tuk Tuks / Tours were offering. He was a great driver! And on my last day he gave me a free ride to the bus station. Location wise it isn't awful. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants just 5 minutes down the hill (go through the tunnel).

Being a bit closer to the center of town would have been nice, but then you'd lose the view!

Owner was so lovely, helped us book our tuk tuk back to the station. Location is a little far out from the main kandy if you want to walk in. If you get a tuk tuk it is quick.

Room was damp and hard to dry clothes and towels. Location a little far from restaurants and shops if you prefer to walk.
