Location is perfect and gives you true exeprince of piecefull mountain stay. Room was clean and cozy, with newely renovated bathroom. Stuff is polite and they provide easy going atmosphere. Area of improvement could be - to provide some sort of written basic info in English for international guests.

Great forest near by. Very clean.

There was no service at all. 1. Calls and messages don't get answered. 2. We booked a room for 4, but got a room for 2 (sofa wasn't ready, towels weren't there). 3. We forgot something in the room and no one got back to us. 4. Breakfast room smells like cigarettes.

Great location, staff was excellent, good food. Its location offers easy access to the Pestera cable car. Beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

The WiFi connection is pretty bad. People don't go there to work/be online, but it would be nice to catch up with emails at night/morning. Pillows could be better.
