Please be aware that Thunder in the Glens event will be taking place on resort from the 22nd - 24th August 2025 inclusive. Within easy reach of a short walk to aviemore. Short distance to landmark and the Cairngorms railway.

"Great lodge in great location"

Lovely lodge in great location for all facilities and lovely woodland walks for dog. Great being next to playpark and swimming pool & soft play being included excellent too.

Kitchen was very small and didn’t have an oven to cook food we brought with us. Fridge was tiny for us and bottom shelf in door was missing so storage was even more limited. Carpet bit worn on stairs and ceiling in bathroom is flaking just needing a wee facelift.

"Great lodge in an excellent location"

Excellent location. The lodge was lovely. A Nice, spacious and relaxing holiday home. Three good sized bedrooms all en suite. We didn't need to use the log burner as it was quite mild but I could imagine and nice cosy evening in the lodge with the fire burning on the colder evenings. There was a plentiful supply of fire wood in the lodge had we needed to use it.

This was a three bedroom lodge and the twin room had a 'stale' smell from the drains probably from lack of use. It didn't impact our stay as we only used two bedrooms and it wasn't so bad that we had to report it. We did mention it on check out.

"Decent lodge but WiFi just lets it down"

Secluded, cosy and comfortable

Absolutely rubbish wi fi, it basically did t work which just isn’t good enough in this day and age. Also had a bikers convention which wasn’t great but not hotels fault

"Spacious and cosy"

Spacious, warm and private. Everything that you needed included. Lovely fresh clean sheets and towels. An option of a welcome food pack would have been a nice option when you can’t check in until late.

New mattresses required in every room. They were all past their sell by date. Especially frustrating in the matter where it was two singles clipped together, which is fine if both mattresses are a match - we had opposite’s- so ended up miles apart or stuck together. Also their is no oven for cooking.
