The location is amazing

Broken pool chairs, broken pool shade. Blocked shower drain on two bathrooms. The fridge had a problem when we got there which was fixed the following day after the initial complaint. This resulted in spoilt food.

Spacious rooms and the daily cleaning services.

At this rate one would expect the property would offer better value. Since we could not use the BBQ, we were offered a portable unit, which was hopelessly inadequate and of poor quality. The general impression was that the unit’s equipment such as sun loungers etc. needed replacement.

Location was excellent, good standard.

Outside furniture needed replacing

Environment was excellent to unwind, best Unit for group/ family, ideal for Summer vibes with private pool

The pool was great to cool off in during the hot days. The location was good for traveling to the shops for a self catering venue. Lots of choice in the area for eating and drinking. Lodge provided a great housekeeper to assist during our stay. Security patrols were present day and night. Our pool was kept spotless daily by a maintenance person daily. The unit itself had a great air conditioning system and plenty of bathrooms.

The outdoor furniture needed some maintenance and the built in braai was out of action.

Was self catering.

We onlt git wifi code on the second night, though the report said we only used 5, we could not connect. Reception did not know why. They said it is puzzling. .
