Food quality is excellent Location is far from the main lake. They provide shuttle service, but it’s erratic and can leave you frustrated.

The shuttle service. The driver left us at city centre, telling we can call him back when we want to go back to hotel. He will be there around the same place where we got dropped. When we called him back, he said he’s doing some other duty, and will take 30 minutes and will call back. 30 minutes kept getting extended to 45, 1 hr, 90 minutes. He didn’t answer my calks also for 90 minutes!!! We finally had to hire a cab to return back to hotel. Communication was pathetic.

10mins Away from the hustle and bustle of city but enough to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Steep so need to know good incline drive, avoid if you can’t handle narrow lane combined with steep driving. Staff at the cottage can help with driving and parking. Plus they provide car from and to the Mall Road.

Located just far enough from the lake to avoid the hustle and bustle, but calm and serene enough to truly calm your senses. The property has a bit of a tough access road, but once you get up there, it's worth the drive. The staff is super polite and attentive, the food is freshly prepared for each order. Each room has a private dining area built quite close to it, so you can either dine there in your room itself. We booked the junior suite, and the extra bathroom and large lounge area were good to have. The menu has a lot of options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can easily walk down to the lake, although a bit steep - but we recommend taking a cab back, the hotel does offer a shuttle service upon request. Overall, it was a good experience.

There is nothing I did not like. I found everything to be up to the mark and, in most cases, above expectations.

Wonderful property, beautiful serene location, helpful staff and fabulous food. A perfect getaway from busy dusty city life. Will surely visit again.

Staff service was exceptional and made our stay memorable. The food prepared on site was also wonderful.
