Las instalaciones muy bien

Nos atendió una niña como de 11 años, pague lo que me indican mi reservación, no nos dejaron ni agua, buscábamos toallas q nos faltaron y nadie estuvo para ayudarnos, las puertas abiertas aún de madrugada, nadie en recepción, al momento de irme toque y toque igual q otros huéspedes nadie salió, deje control y llaves en recepción, hasta q ya me iba después de mucho tocar salió una señora le indique mi salida dijo w todo bien y ahora me llegan correos de q no pagué no sé si la encargada quiera robar o que pasa
