Little Escape

Nous avons trouvé les maisonnettes très belles et bien décorées, confortable. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien. L'emplacement est idéal, à moins de 5min en voiture du centre. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et réactif ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Santa Teresa

La plage tout près est magnifique et très peu fréquentée. Il y a plusieurs animaux , dont des singes hurleurs. La piscine et les équipements sont bien entretenus, tout est très joli et conforme aux photos . Ce fut un séjour très agréable

Deck, pool, howler monkeys

The host is amazing. He was very communicative, and his responses were timely. He left multiple voice notes to provide directions to find the property and links for things to do in Mal Pais. The apartment is comfortable and has a good kitchen. The pool is enjoyable for a swim. You're an 8 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the surf breaks, and the tide pools. Supermarket is close as well.

The mattress is very soft, to the point where it sags and you can feel the platform below. If you like soft beds, this may work for you, but the mattress feels as if it is completely worn out. We ended up sleeping on the pullout couch. Everything about the experience was great, just not the mattress. I would stay again with new mattresses.

We loved Little Escape in every possible way. The location was perfect — tucked into the forest yet close to the beach, peaceful and quiet with the sounds of monkeys and birds instead of traffic. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and very well equipped, with an amazing pool and daily cleaning. It felt extremely safe, clean, and relaxing, and was ideal for children, especially with the playground just outside. Even without a car, it was easy to walk everywhere and reach Santa Teresa while still enjoying calm surroundings. Our host, Mike, was outstanding — always available, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, it was an exceptional place to stay.

Without a vehicle (our own fault) was ever so slightly out of the way.
