The apartment is very nice, with all the needed amenities and very aesthetically pleasing. The property is close to the beach, and feels very safe as there is 24/7 security. Also, our pet was very welcomed and had an awesome time.

"A fantastic little beach house off the main road with a wonderful pool and amenities!"

An amazing location for the MalPais and Santa Teresa area. Such a brilliant little design with everything you need for a really comfortable and functional stay in the area! Easy access to the beach and off the main road (which is dusty and busy). Bonus was the hilarious monkeys in the area. The pool is delightful and well placed for easy cool downs after the beach. Daily room service was exceptional ! Beds were comfy and AC was ice cold. Great beach chairs.

Construction in the area was a bit loud but not really noticeable when you were in the little beach house. Its pretty par for the area though as building seems to be everywhere.

"Relaxing and cozy loft, with AC and Pool"

We loved our staying at Little Escape and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Mike has done a great job with lofts, the design is really beautiful and modern. The open space is perfect for having dinner and relaxing watching TV. Loved the upstairs too, from the balcony you have the jungle vibe. The pool is also a nice feature, for those lazy days. Mike is super friendly, he will help you in any way he can and he know well the area either for surf spots, cafes or restaurants.
