We visited in the rainy season and the property didn’t have an over hang on the balcony so everything stayed wet.

The property was amazing! Great location, walking distance to both Santa Teresa strip and Mal Pais tide pools and about 30 minutes from playa Hermosa and Montezuma. The place was clean and well maintained, the owners were so kind and easy to reach, and the property was peaceful. It’s even gated and the security guards were always so friendly! We rented ATV’s for the trip and everywhere was easy to access.

Mike and his family were so welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. A brilliant stay for our young family! Outdoor kitchen, shared pool, kids play ground - all great.

The stairs are a little precarious for under 2's!
