Owner will not respond your call once he collects the money from you after that he won't even listen your issue.. nor he is interested..he is thief that's why he takes money +GST on gpay or phone pay and on booking.com your booking remains pending. Room stinks , bcz of rain n all but they are not bothered 😕. Will not recommend anyone. He is getting customers only bcz of view that's why he is arrogant he is not bothered to maintian customer relationship. View is top 👌 but we paying for stay which sucks.

Very pathetic experience. First we got upgraded to Deluxe Mountain view room from Booking.com but we were still given the ground floor room. Also there was water leakage in the entire building, rooms, corridors etc. And there was no electricity in the premises - entirely dependent on generator for few hours in evening - rest you have to manage without power. No food resources at all - no housekeeping, no geyser or hot water options, even no power backup for fan. Total waste of money and very poor experience. AVOID FOR SURE!!!

INThis is remote location. I did not feel Safety at all. This place is not comfartable for specially family/women. I booked this Hotel but me and my wife left without staying there bcoz if anything happens with you, no one is there to help. I Lost my booking amount as well. Owner is very arrogant.
