ININThe property has whole view of Panchgani, excellent location
poor maintenance, bad bathrooms, stinky and old. there is no network here, cleaning staff takes forever to clean rooms. The owner will constantly nag u about full payment the minute you make a booking.

Bad rooms, don't believe in photos online, only 3 rooms on the first floor at front fide are okay..gives you view of river and dam...fresh climate.. but no safety for family.. I think this place is good for only a bachelor group who wants to chill and all 😉.. I went with family.. it took me 1 minute to decide that I didn't want to stay here, no restaurant as well.. no other facilities than rooms..

INWe had visited this place on 26th Nov 2022 with family and kids and here are few likes of this property- 1. Location and view from the room (premium valley facing rooms) are very good. 3. Staff (Kishore) is very supportive and provided all suitable helps he can. 4. The property and rooms are spacious and in fact first two premium view rooms on the first floor are connected internally and our kids enjoyed a lot running around the rooms and it was safe for us as well. 5. Morning Tea is good with a pleasant view. We couldn't took the meal as we were mostly out during the lunch/dinner time. 6. Staff kishore arranged the the food and milk for our kids and allowed us to cook for our kids on request. 7. Enough parking space for 4-5 cars.
1. The condition of the room walls are not so good and really doesn't how it looks like in the pictures. As of the date, the wall paint is coming out and full of dampness of rain. 2. The chairs and sofa provided in the room are very rough condition 3. Towel and toiletries really needs improvement as they provided just a very small size of soap ( hardly Rs.5 ) and no other toiletries provided (not sure even if was mentioned) but It hardly matters if you have your own stuffs. 4. There is no sign board/ property names mentioned anywhere closer to your way which is really required in case mobile network doesn't work and google maps also.
